Our ART-CFS series are expandable graphite based intumescent fireproofing materials, can expand as early as 110C, or as late as 280C as specially requested, and 15-30 times of its original volume. It forms strong char to prevent the penetration of flames, smoke, and toxic gases between the compartments during the fire. it comes in the form of fire collars, fire sleeves, fire door and window seals, fire barrier seals, and intumescent strips and wraps etc. , expands in the fire to seal the interstitial gaps in the holes used for HVAC ducts, water pipes, and electrical conduit that penetrate fire-rated walls.   

Our ART-EVS series are special intumescent materials that are thin, in light weight and expand in good volume but with no pressure, very ideal for delaying the thermal runaway of electric vehicle battery system to prevent deadly fires. Our intumescent materials help control and manage fire propagation by expanding to double or triple their volume when exposed to extreme heat, forming an non-combustible/insulating fire-resistant barrier and blanketing the heat source, hence preventing the spread of heat and fire from one cell or module to another.
